About Jay

Mr. Ryan spent over 25 years advising institutional investors on Wall Street, starting at Salomon Brothers in the mid-1980s. In his final 10 years, Mr. Ryan focused on analyzing and trading electric utility companies, which led to his transition into energy efficiency consulting. He is currently a member of the US Green Building Council, The Illuminating Engineering Society, and the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists. He has been helping his clients save money by cutting energy usage since 2015, with a specific expertise in securing maximum government, utility, and tax incentives to reduce the cost of projects. Mr. Ryan earned his undergraduate degree cum laude from Harvard University, and holds a law degree from Fordham Law School.
